The terms that apply to our website and to pond and pool services provided by True Oasis Pond & Pool Care.

Agreement
By using this website or scheduling service with True Oasis Pond & Pool Care LLC ("True Oasis"), you agree to these terms. Specific jobs may also be covered by a written estimate or service agreement, which controls if the two conflict.
Estimates
Estimates are free and are based on the information available at the time, including photos or a site visit. If conditions differ from what was described (for example, significantly more algae, sludge or a hidden leak), we will explain the change and get your approval before doing additional work.
Recurring service
Weekly and recurring pond or pool service is billed monthly and continues month to month until either party cancels with reasonable notice. Visits may shift by a day for weather, holidays or safety. Skipped visits caused by locked gates, pets or lack of access may still be billed.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the pool or pond and equipment on scheduled days, and to keep pets secured during visits. We reserve the right to decline work that is unsafe.
Chemicals, equipment and existing conditions
We use industry-standard products and practices. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, aging equipment, plaster or liner wear, or problems caused by factors outside our control such as weather, trees, water supply quality or work by others. Fish and plants are living things; while we follow best practices to protect them, we cannot guarantee their health.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice. We accept cash, credit cards and Venmo. Unpaid balances may result in a pause of service.
Reviews, photos and testimonials
With your permission we may photograph our work for our website and social media. We never share your address or identifying details. Reviews quoted on this site are from public platforms and are shown as written by their authors.
Website use
Content on this site is for general information and belongs to True Oasis. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
