Pond rebuilds and waterfall restoration that bring your water feature back to life.
Leaking liner, a waterfall that barely trickles, rocks that have slumped, or a pond that has simply seen better days. We rebuild and restore ponds and waterfalls across Roseville, Antelope and Sacramento.
Has your pond seen better days?
Ponds age. Liners get punctured by roots and rocks, waterfall seams start to leak, stacked stone settles and slides, and pumps lose their push. Sometimes the original build just was not done well. The result is a water feature you top off every few days and stopped enjoying a while ago.
True Oasis rebuilds and restores ponds and waterfalls. Whether your waterfall needs to be rebuilt, your pond needs a complete makeover, or years of buildup have taken away from its beauty, we can help bring it back to the oasis it was meant to be.
What we rebuild and restore
- Liner leaks and replacement. We locate the leak and patch or replace the liner with new EPDM and underlayment.
- Waterfall restoration. Rebuilding slumped stone, resetting spillways, and re-sealing seams so the water goes over the falls instead of behind them.
- Stream and spillway repairs. Re-grading streams that have lost their slope and fixing low edges that let water escape.
- Pump, plumbing and filtration upgrades. Right-sizing pumps, adding skimmers or biofalls, and installing UV where algae is a constant fight.
- Complete pond makeovers. A full redesign using your existing footprint, or a new one.
Built to be maintained
A good rebuild is one that is easy to keep clean. We design for accessible skimmers, serviceable filters and pumps you can reach, so the maintenance that comes after is simple and affordable.
How a rebuild works
Site visit
We look at the whole feature: liner, falls, plumbing, pump and how water moves through it, then explain what is actually failing.
Plan & quote
A clear written scope with options, so you can choose between a repair and a full rebuild.
Rebuild
Fish are held safely, the feature is drained and rebuilt with new liner, stone and plumbing as needed.
Start-up & care plan
We fill, balance and start the system, then set you up with a maintenance plan to keep it that way.
Frequently asked about rebuilds & waterfalls.
How do I know if my pond has a leak?
If you are adding water more than once a week in mild weather, you likely have a leak. The most common spots are waterfall edges and stream banks, which are easier and cheaper to fix than the pond itself.
Can you rebuild a waterfall without redoing the whole pond?
Usually, yes. Waterfalls and streams can be rebuilt independently as long as the main pond liner is sound.
How long does a pond rebuild take?
Small waterfall restorations are often one or two days. Full pond rebuilds typically run several days depending on size and rockwork.
What happens to my fish during a rebuild?
They are held in an aerated holding tank with their own pond water for the duration, the same way we handle a clean-out.
