With chem-only service we visit weekly, test your water on site, and add exactly what it needs to keep chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabilizer in range. Balanced water stays clear, feels better to swim in, and protects your plaster, tile and equipment from the damage that unbalanced water causes over time.

We test chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabilizer at your pool, not from a sample bottle hours later.

Frequently asked about chem-only service.
What is the difference between chem-only and full service?
Chem-only covers water testing and balancing. Full service adds the physical cleaning: skimming, brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets and cleaning the filter.
Can I switch to full service later?
Yes, any time. Many customers start chem-only and upgrade during the heavy-leaf months of fall or peak summer.
Does chem-only fix a green pool?
Not on its own. A green pool needs a cleanup first. We can quote a green-to-clean recovery and then keep it clear with chem-only service.
Do you service spas and hot tubs?
Yes. Attached spas are included with the pool visit, and we can quote standalone spas.
